S A G E   is an acronym – “Set A Great Example“  – and it’s our philosophy for what it takes to be a leader that people want to follow.  Leaders are watched by employees and customers alike.  And whether they realize it or not, leaders model the behaviors that they believe in.

You’ve probably heard the old saying about whether managers “walk the talk”?   If managers say that people are the most important resources and then yell at employees, or otherwise demonstrate disrespect, their actions speak much louder than their words.  What about you?  Are you SAGE?
