Matthew Fickett and Jonathan Willford are two students at ASU who are conducting a research project in which they will address the impact of leadership style on employee satisfaction.  This summer they will work in collaboration with Genny Rose, the Executive Director of Aging Services of Arizona and Sylva Leduc, the Managing Partner of Sage Leadership Strategies.  Matthew and Jonathan wish to conduct their research at various aging services communities in the Phoenix area.
