In 2009 & 2010 Matthew Fickett and Jonathan Willford collaborated with Sylva Leduc, the Managing Partner of Sage Leadership Strategies, to conduct research at various aging services communities in the Phoenix area.  Matthew and Jon are two students at ASU who wanted to address the impact of leadership style on employee satisfaction.
